Clemson Energy Plant

Supporting Campus Infrastructure with Precision Engineering

Clemson University required significant upgrades to its energy plant infrastructure to support its growing campus and research facilities. Our team was tasked with the installation of two 1,500-ton chillers, designed to increase the plant’s capacity and provide a reliable cooling system for the university’s extensive infrastructure.

The project involved comprehensive HVAC, process piping, and ductwork solutions to ensure the energy plant could meet the demands of a large, multi-purpose facility like Clemson. By leveraging our expertise in mechanical systems, we delivered a robust solution that not only met the university's needs but also optimized efficiency and performance.

In addition to the chiller installation, we coordinated with multiple teams to ensure smooth integration with the existing plant infrastructure. The process piping and ductwork were custom-designed and fabricated to fit the complex layout of the plant, allowing for seamless installation and future scalability.

Through meticulous planning and execution, we were able to enhance the university’s energy management capabilities, providing a long-term solution that will support future growth and sustainability efforts.
